kenmchenryGliondar is Irish for “Joy”, which gives you an idea of how I view competing in business.

My career is almost equally divided in senior positions between Fortune 500 companies and privately held firms. Twice in my career I’ve managed two companies simultaneously that were very distinct from each other. In both situations, the second company, one an acquisition and one a start-up, was possible due to my abilities to identify and manage opportunity.

My experience is extensive in strategic planning and budgeting for manufacturing, distribution and Business Services companies. Sales channel optimization, organizational consistency, differentiation and marketing effectiveness are hallmarks of my growth accomplishments.

My competitiveness extends to sprint triathlons, the ball diamond where I play fast-pitch hardball and the tennis and basketball courts where I am constantly challenged by my 7 brothers and sisters, their spouses and 17 nieces and nephews.
